After reviewing your photos, we found that while a few pieces are beyond our standard, most are within the regular export standards we use for Europe and the U.S. The pricing of this product is based on that level. If you need higher quality, we can select a premium batch for you, but the cost would be higher. We believe this issue comes from a misunderstanding of the quality standard, and our sales team may not have explained it clearly. We will contact you to discuss the best solution.
